We Clean, We Green, We Educate.

At Messy Bessy, we are serious in our commitment to clean your homes without harming your health and polluting our planet.  This is why every step of our business is taken with meticulous care – from choosing only natural ingredients, to encouraging our customers to reuse and refill.

And at the heart of Messy Bessy, is project HOUSE (Helping Ourselves through Sustainable Enterprises).  HOUSE is a group of enterprises that employ and educate formerly abused, trafficked, incarcerated and impoverished young adults.

We Clean.

Messy Bessy is a line of all-natural, worry-free household cleaners.  Each recipe is carefully developed, tried and tested as if we were making the products for our own homes.

“All-natural” only means we use ingredients that are derived from nature.  Some of our ingredients even include kitchen essentials, like baking soda and vinegar!

While we are strict on using only natural ingredients, we are also just as stringent on cleaning effectively.  We work closely with experts to ensure that all our products remove the dirt, and kill bad bacteria without, of course, leaving any toxic fumes and chemical residues.

We Green.

What many don’t realize is that when we use cleaners, we release substances out in the air, into our bodies, and down the drains and into our streams.  Using regular cleaners that are known to have toxic chemicals can thus be harmful to our bodies, and our planet.  This is why we encourage our customers to choose Messy Bessy, because by doing so, we choose safer homes, and a cleaner planet.

Our environmental responsibility goes well beyond our products, too.  We make sure that every step of our business is done with a “green mind” – like choosing labor over machinery, recycling our waste, pricing our product line so that we encourage refills, and choosing sustainable packaging.

We Educate.

Messy Bessy’s goal is not only to clean homes and green the planet.  Our goal is also to rehabilitate disadvantaged young adults through work and developmental programs that our business funds.  In fact, Messy Bessy was started by project HOUSE as a way to employ these disadvantaged young adults.

Today, we sustain an in-house classroom called School HOUSE, where all Messy Bessy beneficiaries enjoy diploma programs for elementary and high school.  Then, our company’s departments serve both as business units, and as training centers for our team members.  This is all to serve our ultimate objective that is to secure each of our young adult with a high school diploma, ample skills training, and a stable career of their choice.
